During the month of June, we will be transitioning to a brand-new database system. This upgrade is designed to help us serve you and your pets more efficiently, with improved record management and smoother communication.
As part of this process, all client details and pet records will be securely transferred from our current system to the new one. While we are taking every step to ensure a seamless transition, we would greatly appreciate your help in keeping your information up to date. If you have recently changed your contact details or have any updates regarding your pets, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us so we can ensure everything is accurate.
Our team has completed both external courses and in-house training to prepare for this change. However, as with any new system, there may be a short adjustment period. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this transition.
