Ann is our longest-serving team member and has been part of Carlyle Vet Clinic for an incredible 29 years. Ann’s knowledge of the clinic, our clients, and their pets is exceptional. Many of our long-term clients know and love her bright, bubbly personality, and we are incredibly grateful for the dedication and experience she brings to our team.

Sharon has been with the clinic for 13 years. While her current role focuses more on administration than front reception duties, you will still see her welcoming clients from time to time. Sharon works behind the scenes ensuring reminders are sent, phone calls are followed up, and many important administrative tasks are completed to keep the clinic running efficiently. Sharon is also working alongside Ally, one of our veterinary nurses, to develop our Weight Management Clinic.

Allison has been part of our team for almost 4 years and is one of the friendly faces you will often see when you arrive. Allison welcomes clients, answers phone calls and helps with appointment bookings, ensuring every interaction is as easy and positive as possible.

Candace joined us nearly 2 years and has quickly become a valued member of our reception team. Candace also runs our Puppy Preschool classes, helping puppies and their families get the best possible start through socialisation, training, and support.

Our reception team brings a wonderful combination of knowledge, care and dedication. We are incredibly lucky to have such a welcoming team looking after our clients every day!
