Zena grew up in central Hawkes Bay and moved to Napier in 2009. Zena has 2 children and a passion for pitbull terriers. In her leisure time she is an avid hunter with her family hunting – deer and pigs.

She has always had a passion for animals and achieved her Certificate then her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing whilst working at Carlyle Vet Clinic.

Her interests include emergency and critical nursing care, and she places emphasis on spending quality time with her hospitalised patients, ensuring they are comfortable and getting the extra TLC every special pet deserves.
